Berk Tüzüner is a lawyer specializing in representing companies and governmental organizations in domestic and cross-border disputes, particularly in international commercial arbitration as well as and investor-state disputes. Throughout his career, Berk has been involved in a variety of disputes arising from trade, energy, construction, and public international law.
Berk completed his undergraduate studies at Bilgi University Faculty of Law and pursued postgraduate studies in business and law at Bucerius Law School. During this period, he interned in the dispute resolution practice groups of two major international law firms. Berk has worked in various law and consultancy firms in Turkey, Germany, and Switzerland, representing clients from a range of sectors, including automotive, aviation, construction, and energy. He has experience with a variety of dispute resolution rules, such as those of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), and the DIS Rules (Deutsche Institution für Schiedsgerichtsbarkeit). Additionally, he has provided guidance on commercial contracts.
