WHAT WE DO
Over the last decade, we have been
involved in numerous high level and complex arbitrations. We have worked in
arbitration cases heard before the most commonly used arbitration institutions
including ICC, SCC, SAC, as well UNCITRAL and ad hoc arbitrations, seated in
major arbitration hubs such as France, Switzerland, England and the
Netherlands. Our professional experience concerns a wide spectrum of industry
sectors, particularly energy and construction. We have worked under several
different applicable laws, including Turkish, Swiss, English and French laws.
OUR EXPERIENCE
Representation of a South-East European gas buyer in gas pricing disputes against a Middle-Eastern seller;
Representation of a South-East European gas buyer in gas pricing disputes against an Eastern European seller;
Representation of a South-East European gas seller in gas pricing disputes against an Eastern European buyer;
Advising a Western European gas buyer in a gas pricing dispute against a North African seller;
Representing a designer in high stakes parallel arbitrations against the contractors in a dispute emerging from an infrastructure project in the Middle East;
Representing a consultant in a contractual dispute against a pipeline material producer for payment of unpaid consultancy fees for sale of pipeline material in a Middle-East country;
Advising a consultant against a commodity trader in relation to the unpaid consultancy fees resulting the consultant’s services for procurement of carbon credit units under the Kyoto protocol;
Representing a mining equipment producer against a mining company for delayed payment of the equipment;
Acting as tribunal secretary in two parallel arbitrations concerning a dispute between concession holder and the mining company over exploration of copper mine in Turkey.
